We are proud to present our brand new glass greenhouse that sets a now bound for our restaurant’s philosophy.
The greenhouse is located in the center of the restaurant and it is a 35sqm glass and iron building. Within the greenhouse we grow a lot of delicate seasonal vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, baby potato, radishes and more as well as herbs and edible flowers.
We also grow our own micro-greens that we also use in our menu’s recipes and in the cooking courses. We use natural enemies to exterminate the unwanted bugs and insects as well as approved bio soil vitamins.
“From plant to plate” is the new idea we want to install in the restaurant.
Utopia’s aim is to promote the local products and to introduce the Greek cuisine to our guests.
With our cooking corses you can have a productive experience where you can learn a lot of things about the culinary greek culture and also taste some local products as well as get information on our own greenery and how we grow it.
The courses take place in the mornings and it lasts approx 3 hours. After the course enjoy a family lunch on the balcony accompanied by local wine.
